The Customer Portal is included with your ION Account. The Customer portal view allows customers to see an inventory of their cloud accounts/subscriptions, run reports, view dashboards analytics, billing statements, order and manage products for one or more cloud vendors.  The 'Storefront' features display tiles that contain information about a cloud vendor product, plans and pricing.

As a reseller, you can disable the storefront features if you only want your customers to use the Customer Portal. *

From your ION account, you access the customer portals:

(1) From the Business overview screen

(2) From the Setting menu

Sign-Up or Sign-In

The end customer experience with accessing the portal is controlled by the settings you define in the StreamOne Ion management console. When you provide the URL access to a customer, the option are:

Used when the customer portal is publicly visible (typically from your company website) and a customer

profile has not been created.  Notifications (via the approval queue may be received using this method*)

*Note: You have the option to configure your ION account to auto-approve new customer sign-up.
