The platform is designed to track your Microsoft Cloud business by associating your Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) identification number (MPN ID) to your ION account. When you request access to Microsoft programs, you are required to enter your MPN ID.

To validate the MPN ID associated with your ION account, follow these steps:
1. Select the Partners module
2. Select the listed TD SYNNEX Provider name from the list and click Edit (Example: TD SYNNEX Canada Corporation or AVT Technology Solutions, LLC)
3. Click the Programs menu option
4. In the Active Programs section of the screen, find and select the Microsoft CSP.
Program. (Please note that each country/region may have a different name for the program than noted in the screenshot below and you may have multiple pages).
5. Click Edit. The Program window displays the MPN ID associated to your account.
6. Click Cancel to exit.
