The features related to a cloud vendor are based on program authorization.  When authorized under a program, the features associated with the vendor become active in your platform account.  


Authorization is granted via a request and acceptance of the program terms (terms and conditions associated with reselling vendor products).  In the program terms, you can see the discount, support options and other related information.


Signing up to a Cloud Program


To request access to a program, complete these steps:

  1. Select the Partners module
  2. Select the listed TD SYNNEX Provider name from the list and click Edit
  3. Click the Programs menu option
  4. From the Request Program Access section of the screen, select the program you want to resell.
  5. Click Request Access.  The program terms display
  6. Using the icons located in the top left-hand corner, you can email or print the program terms. 
  7. Click Accept to start the authorization process
  8. Click Decline to return to the previous screen


Note:  The Provider is the name of the TD SYNNEX business entity your platform account is associated to.

Authorization Process

An email notification is sent to the TD SYNNEX Support team. You will receive an email confirmation upon approval. Approval is dependent on your authorization under each cloud vendor and is based on validation of vendor authorization, if applicable.

Microsoft CSPMicrosoft Partner Agreement (MPA): An agreement signed between Microsoft and Reseller. Must be signed as an indirect reseller. This is provided to you if your business is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network and has a Microsoft Partner ID (MPN ID).

TD SYNNEX requires acceptance of our Microsoft Cloud Rider and associated Microsoft Program Guide. The Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) is also included for reference.
Microsoft Modern Workplace (legacy)Includes the Microsoft Cloud Rider language, Microsoft Program Guide, and Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)

The MWP program is being depreciated with Microsoft's NCE offering. Licenses that are already in place for MWP can be used until they expire, at which point they will be changed to NCE.
