Overview
There are several functions within the Partners menu. The most common use is to request authorization for specific cloud vendor products and services programs.
The Partners screen displays the primary relationship to a TD SYNNEX country or region for your platform account. To see the submenu options, select the TD SYNNEX name and click Edit.
There are 3 submenu options:
- Partner Information: Identifies the TD SYNNEX office information and contact information.
- Partner Options: This section contains a setting used with the Premium Marketplace Program (future feature)
- Programs: A list of cloud vendor programs available for resale. You may see "Active" as well as available programs for request. If this is your first-time logging into the platform, you do not see any active programs.
Active Programs represent the cloud provider programs you are currently authorized to transact through platform.
Request Program Access is the list of available programs you can Request Access to.

Sign-up to Cloud Vendor Programs
To submit a support request, in StreamOne Ion, click the "?" icon in the upper right menu bar or click the Support button in the menu. Alternatively, you can click Submit a ticket in the Knowledge Base. Fill out all mandatory fields, or read How to Use StreamOne Freshdesk to Submit and View Support Tickets for more information.
