Customer credits are introduced to the StreamOne Ion platform as a new charge type value, focusing on Microsoft CSP credits. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency, this new feature address critical gaps in handling Azure Plan and NCE credits. By integrating the "customerCredit" charge type into our billing reports, billing report export and through the Ion report APIs, we ensure that Resellers and Customers receive precise billing statements, reflecting the true value of Azure Plan and NCE subscriptions.
