This feature related to New Commerce Experience products by Microsoft completes the suite of options available when upgrading plans, bringing the option to transfer licenses from a lower-tiered plan into an existing subscription for a higher-tiered plan within the same customer tenant. Also, an additional confirmation prompt has been introduced during the upgrade process to help users avoid unintended modifications, as Microsoft does not provide a cancellation window for upgrades.
