Accessing Previous Sophos Usage Data Prior to StreamOne ION Setup

 

If you have recently migrated to StreamOne ION from another distributor and need to access your previous usage data, follow these steps to obtain the necessary information from the Sophos Partner Portal:

 

Steps to Retrieve Previous Usage Data

 

1. **Login to Sophos Account**: 

   - Navigate to [Sophos ID Login](https://id.sophos.com) and log in with your credentials.

 

2. **Access Sophos Partner Portal**:

   - Once logged in, click on the **Sophos Partner Portal** link.

 

3. **Navigate to Usage Files**:

   - Hover over the **MSP & CSP** tab in the navigation menu.

   - Select **MSP Connect Flex Usage Files** from the dropdown menu.

 

Important Note

Please be aware that this usage data will **not** be uploaded into StreamOne ION. You must manually obtain it via the Sophos Partner Portal following the steps above.

By ensuring you have this historical data, you can maintain accurate records and continue to manage your usage effectively even after migrating to StreamOne ION.
