StreamOne® Ion Commerce API support the full range of commerce and order management functions for all transactional vendors on the platform. 

Commerce API provide integration support for our Partners’ marketplaces. For partners that have invested in developing their own marketplace, Commerce API make it possible to add our products to your marketplace and extend ordering and full order management for your customers. For Partners that have not invested in their own marketplace, we continue to offer white label storefronts that they can leverage.  

The StreamOne® Ion Commerce API collection provides an extensive array of endpoints to seamlessly interact with the StreamOne® Ion platform, facilitating streamlined integration and administration of cloud services. Leveraging these APIs, you can initiate orders, establish and oversee subscriptions, and effectively handle customer data. This comprehensive collection empowers you to design custom user interfaces or frontends, simplifying the provisioning process for a diverse selection of cloud products offered by prominent providers like Google, IBM, Microsoft, and more.

The StreamOne® Ion Commerce API enhances the existing API for invoicing and price control. You can find the documentation for this API here.

Commerce APIs Settings

Authentication

The StreamOne Ion Commerce API uses oAuth 2.0 Authentication.

When making requests, generate an access_token using the initial refresh_token. To generate your initial refresh_token

• Login to the StreamOne Ion portal
• Navigate to Settings > Users
• Select the user and click Edit
• Click on Request New Credentials under OAuth credentials
• Copy the refresh_token when new set of credentials is created
