Notifications to Resellers are key to managing regular day-to-day operations, for example, to get
alerted and to proactively help customers find new solutions that better fit their needs but also
for businesses to manage renewals and know about changes initiated by customers.
With the implementation of Customer 360 Phase II, notifications are available to all personas in
StreamOne® Ion (Resellers and customers). Resellers can select and configure events for which
their customers will be notified by email.
