Overview
On the StreamOne Ion platform, allow you to manage the purchase products and related activities for your end-customers from the Customers menu.
You can enable or disable Delegated admin access to a TD SYNNEX staff Account Admin. This setting provides permissions to TD SYNNEX staff to support your cloud business by performing authorized activities.
As our partner, you retain control over your account and can disable the Delegated admin access and remove the impersonation rights at any time without informing the TD SYNNEX staff.
Note: Multiple TD SYNNEX country users can start an impersonation session at the same time with the same Partner.

Adding a new account admin
How the Partner creates a new Account Admin for impersonation.
Note: TD SYNNEX recommends the Partners to create a new Account Admin user role to easily identify the impersonating user account and track the performed actions.
To add a new account admin:
1. Sign in to the StreamOne® Ion platform.
The Business Overview partner landing page is displayed.
2. On the Business Overview page, in the top-right corner, click the Quick Access menu.
3. On the Quick Access menu, select the SETTINGS > Users tab.
4. On the Users page, click the ADD USER button.
5. On the Add User page to create a new user account, perform the following actions.
The table describes the Add User page fields and actions to be performed for adding a new Admin Account.
Field | Action |
Contact Name* | Type the user contact name as TD SYNNEX. |
User Role* | Select the user role as Account Admin. Note: The tool tip option provides a short user role description along with the access rights and permissions. |
Email* | Type a unique user email address, which is not present in the system. Note: For example, company_name@TDSYNNEX.com, TDSYNNEX@company_Name.com, or any other email address of your choice. |
Status* | Select the account status as Active. |
Password* | Type a password. Note: The password is not shared with the TD SYNNEX staff. |
Confirm Password* | Retype the same password to confirm. |
6. On the Add User page, click Save.
The Add User page with the user summary is displayed.
Note: If required, you can change the TD SYNNEX user role (recommended Account Admin) and replace it with any other user role.
7. On the Add user page, click Done.
The Account Admin user role to impersonate the Partner is created.
Note: The Partner can remove the impersonation rights and permissions without informing the TD SYNNEX staff.
Impersonating a partner account
How the Partner can delegate a TD SYNNEX staff Account Admin to impersonate their account.
To impersonate a TD SYNNEX staff:
1. Sign in to the StreamOne® Ion platform.
The Business Overview page is displayed.
2. On the Business Overview page, click the Partners menu.
3. On the Partners page, select the TD SYNNEX country account, and then click EDIT,
4. On the Partners page, in the left navigation pane, click the Delegated admin tab.
The Delegated admin page is displayed.
5. On the The Delegated admin page, perform the following actions,
a. Select Allow this partner to impersonate my account check box.
The User field is displayed.
b. In the User field, select the required TD SYNNEX staff Account Admin, and then click Save.
The selected TD SYNNEX staff Account Admin is impersonated as the Partner.
Note: If required, you can change the TD SYNNEX user role (recommended Account Admin) and replace it with any other user role.
Note: The Partner can remove the impersonation rights and permissions without informing the TD SYNNEX staff.
