The Orders tab within the Manage Products page of any Customer profile in StreamOne Ion’s Admin Console provides visibility on all the orders placed from the platform at any given time. Orders will be listed from the moment these are placed, even when the provisioning of products has not yet occurred. This has a special relevance in those countries in which StreamOne Ion needs to perform some checking activities on the order before actually reaching out to the product provider (Microsoft, AWS, IBM…), as there was certain lack of visibility in the interim between the purchase and the provisioning of products.
