Navigation:  Customer > Cloud Billing > Cloud Providers


Note:  This article assumes the customer profile is created. If the customer profile needs to be created, please read: How to Create A New Customer 


Assign Customer Pricebook

  1. From an existing customer profile, double-click to see the menu options
  2. Expand the menu for Cloud Billing (from the left-hand side)
  3. Click Cloud Providers
  4. Click Add. The Create Cloud Provider window displays
  5. In the Cloud Provider field, use the drop-down menu to select a cloud provider
  6. In the Provider Currency, use the drop-down  menu to select a cloud provider
  7. In the Price Book field, use the drop-down menu to select a default of custom pricebook for the cloud vendor
  8. In the Invoice currency field, select an option from the drop-down list  
  9. Click Save


Note:  The selected pricebook in the Cloud Provider setting is the default pricing used for all accounts, subscriptions and projects attached to the customer profile, You can apply custom pricing at the account, subscription and project levels under the Cloud Account menu option.


Tips:

There are unique/additional setup steps for the following cloud vendors:

  • Microsoft CSP (configured under Legacy) - Must have a customer tenant ID associated
  • Google GCP - Must have the customer Google Cloud ID associated to the tenant
  • IBMCloud - Must have IBM Cloud ID
  • SoftLayer/BlueMix - Must have the IBM Cloud ID associated to the tenant
