Setup or recover your password using the 'Forgot Password' feature.


Note: The following instructions assume the Owner or User status is "Active" in ION


Use the "Recover Password" feature to set your initial password or reset your current password. The process is as follows:


  1. Platform URL:  https://ion.tdsynnex.com
  2. Click the Forgot Password button.
  3. Enter your email in the Forgot Password dialog box.



 

You receive an email with a reset password link. A series of screens display as the platform walks you through the password reset process. 


Note:  Check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive an email.
