Through self-service capabilities in our Marketplace and Management console, StreamOne Ion automates the purchasing, provisioning, and lifecycle management of Azure Plan subscriptions and Reserved Instances.

Please see the attached documentation and Brainshark video tutorials for more information about the Microsoft Azure Plan updates.

*Self-service Azure Plan purchases through the marketplace are only available for tenants not having an associated Azure Plan yetTo be able to add additional entitlements to pre-existing Azure plans in the platform, you will need to wait for the Autodiscover feature that is currently being tested and estimated to go live in production in the following days. Meanwhile, we ask you to continue to provision new entitlements using the current process by opening a support ticket.

**To be able to purchase RIs via the marketplace, it is currently a requirement to have a previously purchased Azure Plan from the same StreamOne Ion marketplace for that tenant, therefore visible in your Management Console. Similar as in the previous point, Partners with pre-existing Azure Plan tenants in the platform won’t be able to purchase RIs for those tenants until the Autodiscover piece is delivered. Currently, all the SKUs available have “Monthly” as their billing frequency, but soon there will be a way to select other billing frequencies. RIs are not yet available for you to publish them downstream and let your customers buy them.
