Tip: This step is required before you can create a CSP subscription.

Overview

TD SYNNEX is an authorized Cloud Solution Provider (CSP2) and uses our Microsoft Partner Center to manage customers identities in their Azure AD tenant or Microsoft Identity (Tenant ID). A CSP Azure subscription (or account) must be associated with a customer organization within your platform account and within TD SYNNEX's Partner Center.

A Microsoft identity can be an organization's primary domain (abc.com) or some subset of their domain (abctest.onmicrosoft.com).

Note: Associating a Tenant ID with a platform customer profile is accomplished in the management console only.  This feature is not available in the end customer storefront (portal).

There are three methods to associate a Microsoft Identity to an ION customer account.

  • Option 1—Create a new Microsoft Identity
  • Option 2—Added existing Microsoft Azure AD Identity

A customer Microsoft ID connects the customer profile created in ION to the TD Synnex partner center.
