Introduction
The master pricebook that requires a 'mark-up' is the Microsoft Azure CSP Master Pricebook
This "master" pricebook displays at 15 points off MSRP. To create a custom pricebook, you create a copy from the master and increase the pricing (or marked up) to the desired value for the pricebook.
These pricebook factors do not apply to Azure Plan or Modern Workplace.
IMPORTANT: Your reseller discount is set by TD Synnex and reflects in billing reports under the Seller column.
Note: Look for an end customer pricebook, typically labeled "Microsoft Azure CSP Customer Pricebook-MSRP." You will notice there is a factor showing the uplift by 17.6470588235. This pricebook represents the end customer retail price.
