The Business Overview landing page is an exclusive feature for partners, displayed within the platform management console. It offers a snapshot of cloud business activities and pre-configured analytics.

(1) Notifications provides a quick view of the latest activities of your customers.
(2) Approval Requests/Tasks displays the open and completed workflow items from customer actions. From this view you can sort on the column headings, double-click to approve or delete the request, or click [View All] to go to the full platform view of the request queue menu.
(3) Insights displays predefined KPI cards with a specific period of time. For a single view of the data you prefer or that is important to your business metrics, you can change the settings (dates, filters, and display options). Note that this view also has the "Show report" option. The "Show Report" button displays the details of the KPI card in the downloadable report module.
(4) Quick Links facilitate rapid navigation to informative content. We have compiled a list of the most commonly utilized features and menu options.
On the platform, there are two ways to submit a support request.
(1) From the Quick Links section of the Business Overview section, OR
(2) From the triple-bar menu, you'll find the "Support" hyperlink directly under your account name.
