Navigation Menu: Settings > Customer Storefront > Portal Functionality


Click the triple-bar icon to display the menu options available under Settings.


Overview: The Customer Portal enables your customers to access billing information, dashboards, and request (or provision) new cloud accounts or subscriptions. End customers can manage their SaaS-based orders, including adding and removing users, assigning licenses, increasing or lowering license count(s), and performing other lifecycle management operations.


Customize the customer portal/White Label Storefront to include standard navigational links. The links appear in the header of the customer portal.

Enable Catalog Provide a navigational link to the catalog view. This helps users easily return to the catalog after visiting other pages.
Enable Dashboard Display a dashboard in the customer portal. By default, the dashboard is enabled.
Enable Test Drives*Not available at this time
Enable ReportsDisplay billing reports in the customer portal. (Highly recommended)
Enable PurchasingDisplay tiles for cloud products in the customer portal.
Enable InvoicesDisplay ION invoices and billing statements in the customer portal.
Enable credit card payments*Not available at this time.
Enable Settings/Cloud AccountsThis will allow customers to view and request cloud accounts and subscriptions.
Enable Settings/Company InformationView customer profile and account management
Require EULA acceptance when customers add new accounts.Require end users to accept an EULA for each new account. By default, the EULA requirement is disabled. You can add or edit terms at Settings > Account > Terms.


Slide the toggle on to the right to enable a feature (displays orange). Disable a feature by sliding the toggle marker to the left (displays in gray).



Customer Portal Example



Add your logo in the Settings > Account Information menu. The logo is used in the customer portal and billing statements.



How to find your Customer Portal URL: 

The link to the customer portal options is located under the triple-bar icon.

  • Launch White-Label Storefront takes you to your business-branded portal.
  • All other options are not available at this time.



Your Customer Portal URL captures this URL with your "nickname" following the equal sign.

You can find your company's nickname under Settings > Account Information. An example is provided in the screenshot below.
