Navigation:  Settings > Account > Terms

You can customize:

• Customer signup end user license agreements (EULAs)
• Product term agreements (for products you create for your marketplace)
• Cross-account partner relationships
• And so on...

If you make changes to your customer terms/EULAs, turn on [Rearm the Agreement].  This will cause existing customers to accept the new terms, the next time they use your customer portal.
